๐Ÿค– Generate custom SharePoint Sites and Pages with Copilot rolling out in March

I have a couple of things that I wanted to bring to your attention to start the week.

They come from the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, and these are ๐Ÿ”ฅ

๐Ÿ’ฃ SharePoint: Copilot in SharePoint

Copilot in SharePoint combines the power of Large Language Models (LLMs), your data in the Microsoft Graph, and best practices to create engaging web content.? Use a brief prompt to generate custom sites and pages with content hierarchy, design, and sample content that aligns with user needs. And all within our existing commitments to data security and privacy in the enterprise.

Rollout Start: March 2024

๐Ÿค–Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365: OneDrive โ€“ Share Word Documents with AI summary

Users can now opt to include an AI-generated document summary inside the share dialog when they share a Word document with other users. The document summary is included in the share notification email sent to the recipient(s) giving them more context around the contents of the shared document. This feature is only enabled for customers with a Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 license and works only when sharing a Word for the web file.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Microsoft Teams: Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 in Teams Chat list

The Copilot for Microsoft 365 app is available in the Teams Apps Store for Copilot licensed users. This update will make the Copilot app visible in the Teams Chat list for easy access.

๐Ÿ“บ Microsoft Stream: Copilot in Stream

Copilot in Stream leverages LLM (Large Language Model) AI technology to help you quickly get the insights you need from Stream (on SharePoint) videos. With Copilot in Stream you can quickly and effectively summarize any video with a transcript, or ask deep dive questions for topics you need to understand. This feature is only available for customers who have purchased the Microsoft 365 Copilot license.
